Relocation of ICT Services to New Headquarters

The Objective
Walker Day Care Group is a long standing customer of ASH. As part of a growth strategy ASH was approached to migrate their ICT Services to a newly acquired site that was to become the new head quarters. The new site had to have the infrastructure in position to facilitate the new and existing staff requirements as well as supply voice and data to the other multi site operations.

The Solution
We designed the infrastructure to enable efficient communications between all 5 sites with remote capabilities for key management individuals. We also identified the hardware required to enable Walker Daycare optimum performance whilst futureproofing their network and supporting their continued growth.

The Result
As a result of the design and project management of the tailored solution ASH were able to provide seamless migration of all ICT services to the new head quarters. With the infrastructure in place and fully operational, the migration of all ICT equipment was completed out of hours allowing the staff to relocate without operational disruption. ASH left the client with a Gigabit Fibre Backbone multi site campus network fit for growth and maximizing cost efficiency.

The Customer Feedback
We required the transfer of our administration centre along with expansion within our ICT infrastructure. ASH completed their part of our move to an outstanding standard. Their team worked alongside my staff to ensure that our business continued to operate throughout. I understand that ASH Projects work with large organisations, however I was made to feel comfortable and just as important even though we are a small organisation.
