The pressure is always on to seek out new ways of reducing operational costs, whether by finding cheaper suppliers of goods and services or by increasing the productivity of employees. Voice over IP (VoIP) is the latest business upgrade that is making its mark on day-to-day operations. Recent research by Freeform Dynamics found that in the past two years organisations have begun to move away from external internet based services and embracing formal VoIP solutions.
