How We Began

Formed in the UK in 2002, ASH Projects was created to fill a market niche, discovered through years of Technology Deployment. We found that customers were asking for more support than standard vendors supplied. Our customers liked our approach in giving them a true ‘hands off’ experience. This enables them to concentrate on Business as Usual responsibilities, whilst ASH takes care of delivering projects. Our service offer quickly grew to meet that need; not just supplying Field Services and Project Management, but also Technical Services and Consultancy. We have curated that offer over the past 2 decades by listening to our customers’ evolving needs and moulding our service around delivering what’s important to them. As a client led organisation, our customers come back to us time and again for reliable service and an unrivalled customer experience.

Our team has an acute understanding of the challenges on-site and support more than 300 teams in different time-zones across the globe. The design team are involved from project initiation and provide support throughout deployments to lessons learned

We utilize Prince2 as a baseline methodology for PMO. Our proprietary processes are simple and effective. We manage Scope, Time, Budget and Quality to a degree which shores up projects and protects them from issues affecting each of these elements. We have a transparent approach to our methodology and the level of detail in our reporting is essential for real time visibility to Stakeholders. Our Risk Management strategy is second to none.

ASH Metric Map™

When it comes to people counting, ASH are SME’s in Design, Deployment and Support. Our ASH Metric Map™ ensures coverage of all areas of interest are captured at project outset. It fits hand in glove with our proprietary PMO process and the ASH DPD™ (Device Placement Design). Our Device Placement Design – or ASH DPD™ is a core competency. It was created to provide Maximum Coverage with Minimal Devices for people counting & tracking solutions. Most innovative technology proposals fail predominantly on cost. We developed the DPD™ to provide a globally scalable solution to reduce TCO on people tracking solutions. This methodology has successfully worked with significant deployments of Xovis, Brickstream & other leading manufacturers. It can be applied to WiFi deployments and other IoT technologies. Most recently, the DPD™ saved one customer over $2m in inventory and recurring SaaS costs. “Accuracy is everything when it comes to  meaningful metrics. ASH has many accreditations within varying disciplines. These range from Health & Safety, Construction, and Electrical Engineering to ISO. As a global company, we adhere to local municipal code, industry standards for structured cabling and any federal requirements on a project by project basis. We are a certified Woman-Owned Small Business registered with the federal government and System for Award Management (SAM). We are ISO 9001:2015 accredited. We were awarded ISO 9001 over ten years ago and since then have enjoyed annual renewal on an unconditional basis since. ISO assesses our processes across the whole business – it underpins our robust PMO & Technical Services strategies.
